I’m not entirely sure if RB3 even supports the Cyrillic alphabet – so there’d be a lot of romanising involved (especially if someone took on the unenviable task of the vocals!) – but these Russian nu-metallers could definitely use a Rock Band presence. With seven albums – (technically) six of which with their current/longest-serving lead vocalist – to trawl through, there’s bound to be a song or two that, while not overly challenging, would make for fun songs to play.
So let’s start from the beginning! And, as a disclaimer: all of these song translations are me grabbing them from elsewhere. Or just using Google Translate.

2 Войны (Two Wars) []

A bit of trivia for this song: Two Wars was released/recorded twice. The first time around was in 2006, with their second lead vocalist (Uliana Elina). However, after the album’s release, Elina left to be replaced by their third – and still current/most well-known – vocalist; Daria Stavrovich. The following year, Slot re-recorded and reissued the album with their new bandmate. Confusing, huh?

One for Hallowe’en! One of the later tracks on the 4ever album, this – like many of their songs post-2007 – shows Slot’s most common division of vocal labour; Nookie (Stavrovich) taking the lead on the chorus/refrains, with Cache (Igor Lobanov; one of the band’s founding pair) rapping during the verses.
