The Aeroplane Flies High is a boxset released in 1996 that contains 5 CDs featuring 28 additional songs
recorded during the Mellon Collie period that were not featured on the album. Each CD is an expansion of
one of the 5 singles that were released from the Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness album.

This one’s a lot of fun on vocals and guitar.

Well here we are. Say what you will about post-reunion material, but this song just rocks. Guitar and drums are just a blast. Some real blistering guitar solos.
This song was also featured on Guitar Hero On Tour: Decades. Because of this, there are some partial multitracks available for the song, but after taking a listen to them, I preferred the quality of the album version. If anyone decides to make a version with the multitracks, let me know and I can add a link for it. Adding them in may require some different tempo mapping though.

Pastichio Medley will get done, but “Traverse the Box Tuesday” may have to skip it over to continue weekly releases. I am certainly working on it in the background!
The opening track from the 1998 album Adore. Catch a delicious banjo solo about halfway through.
For those wondering, this is pretty much how I plan to do Adore (as in, no harmonies or keys) with the exception of For Martha and Blank Page. Some of you may be disappointed, but that’s just how it is, in case anyone wants to help?

I’ll be honest…I’m not a big Smashing Pumpkins fan, but I just wanted to say that I’m incredibly awed by the scale and scope of this project.
Incredible work. Thanks for sharing it with the community.
I’m not even halfway through tempo mapping this thing, yet I feel I’ve already put more time into it than quite a few of my customs.
Fun fact: IF I can stay on schedule and keep “Traverse the Box Tuesday” going each week, I will complete The Aeroplane Flies High the Tuesday before Christmas!
