Showing 892 of 1002 songs – help

Hi just wondering if someone can help – when I boot up RB3 my song list says that it is showing 892 of 1002 songs.
Now I understand if songs have the same name that this may cause a conflict but I certainly don’t have 110 songs with the same names !
I opened up the C3 tools and under PS3 converter there is a section under tools called ‘manage pack DTA file’ which I have used to delete some songs and I noticed that there are many, many songs with more than 1 entry. Some have 3 or 4 entries so I started counting the duplicates to see if that was were the 110 non-showing songs are from and I got up to 200 duplicates and I hadn’t got past the ‘T’s yet.
Can anyone help me figure this out ?
