The link to the Korn song doesn’t work.

Otherwise, another great week, keep up the good work.

I was laughing out loud at the preview video and blog post, hilarious stuff haha. I especially liked that #goodgirl picture

Fixed. If stuff like this happens in the future, check out the database — generally the link will be correct in one of the two places.

I love how the releases here always have so much variety. Downloaded Blurred Lines, song is hard as hell on vocals just as I expected. Just a note though, in the song database blurred lines is listed as 4 bubbles on vocals but in game its 5

Thanks as always to the charters/testers/everyone providing this stuff.

For me, Blurred Lines is a no-brainer. Korn is a maybe, I’ll have to give it a listen. I’ve gotta say that I remain shocked that of all the Breaking abrnjamin stuff to come out, we’ve never seen Polyamorous. I thought that was among their biggest.

Oh, and I’ll definitely get the cleaned up T Swift songs. Anyone know if the drum changes are significant enough to be noticeable?

I tested Picture to Burn and it was done quite a bit of changes to it at least, so I would guess and say “yes” for all of them (though I can’t test for myself as I don’t have working drums for Xbox).

Yes. Trust me when I say, way too much work went into these (all) FtV releases I’m doing. Can’t wait to be done with them.

I would say that these are maybe now 95% perfect, and if that’s accurate, the ones that were out before were easily a 60% by comparison. And that’s not an exaggeration (except maybe on the 95% part )

I’ll echo the “yay diversity” sentiment! I run a monthly RB night at a pub and it’s FANTASTIC to have such variety (and recent pop hits), it makes the evening so much more inclusive and inviting to non-gamers (who are usually all about the rock and metal and crazy guitar and drum stuff)!

Also REALLY appreciate the upcoming Let’s Author workshop – I suspect it’s just what I need to begin trying my hand at customs. Hopefully it brings lots of new authors to C3!!

These have to be like the only songs that have been released with crowd audio. It’s a neat gimmick to see in a custom of sorts.

Also, official C3 Wii converts are now showing up! Here is this week’s convert for Wii.

                Blurred Lines

                Lights Out

                Love Story

                Our Song

                Picture to Burn

                Y’all Want a Single

                :excited:

Not sure exactly where to put this, but I just had a Rock Band party at my place and there were a TON of C3 songs played. Like, even the fucking Sonic The Hedgehog song had an audience. You guys are awesome, and the work you’re doing matters. Thank you all.

I updated Love Story as per RyanHYK’s suggestion, might want to re-download if you want to be able to play the tambourine sections in the vocals.

Thanks to the contribution of an awesome forum member who wishes to remain anonymous, Blurred Lines is now full multi-track! This brings you much cleaner studio vocals and fully separated instrument audio. That means we went back to work and 1) made minor adjustments to the bass chart 2) made minor adjustments to the keys / pro-keys chart 3) changed two or three lyrics that now were clearer to hear in the audio and 4) did a major overhaul of the drums chart with the assistance of farottone.

This is a much more complete version of the song, and it is strongly recommended that you update if you plan on playing this song.
