#3 is definitely We Are Scientists. Possibly Nobody Move, Nobody Get Hurt.

    #453954

Look forward to new songs :-)

    #453955

    #1 Sum 41?

Really hope we finally have pieces in game if so…

    #453956

    # 1 is ( Triumph ) Canada’s other great 3 piece band.

At least I hope so ! They had some great songs in their day.

    #453957

    #2: Ramones – Pet Sematary

    Hey ho, let’s go! :c00l:

If its the Ramones, Baby, I Love You might fit the clue.

      NEW – 30th August

So, it’s my own little ‘end of days’, for now at least. I’m going to be too busy from now to carry on churning out customs, so these will be my last ones until further notice. Thank you so much to everyone who’s downloaded these customs – I hope you’ve enjoyed them anyway, here are 9 new customs (and an update) to leave with.

      The Stills 4-pack

The Stills – Lola Stars and Stripes

      The Stills – Gender Bombs

      The Stills – Of Montreal

      The Stills – Panic

First up today we have four tracks from The Stills. Their debut, Logic Will Break Your Heart, remains one of my favourite ever albums. I was hoping to chart all of it one day, but I’ve prioritised the above three for now. Also available is Panic, from their final album Oceans Will Rise. Another song from that album was released on Rock Band Network a while back. Well worth giving these a try if you’re into early 2000s post-punk kind of stuff.

      Singles

      The Stranglers – Golden Brown

Get your harpsichords out! Always thought this would’ve made great DLC for RB3 – I doubt it’ll feature in RB4 so let’s have a custom instead. This is one of my favourite songs ever and is good fun to play on Rock Band too. Pro Keys is really tricky – partly because of the limited range of the Keytar. But it’s musically accurate, and that’s the main thing – right?

We Are Scientists – The Great Escape

Not much to say on this one – a great indie song from the mid-2000s. Even if you don’t download the custom, you should watch the video because it’s great.

      Interpol – Untitled

Opening track from their fantastic debut Turn on the Bright Lights, the same album as PDA from RB2. You might recognise this one from an episode of Friends.

Manic Street Preachers – A Design for Life

The first single from 1996’s Everything Must Go, this song was the most Britpop the Manics ever got. The song remains a classic and, while it might not have the swagger of Oasis or Blur, you just can’t argue with the quality of this track.

      Patrick Rondat – Vivaldi Tribute

      Song preview

If you’ve ever wanted to play an electric guitar version of the fast movement of Vivaldi’s Summer from The Four Seasons on Rock Band, you’re in luck! This is a perfect example of the ‘Baroque-music-is-basically-18th-century-metal’ suggestion and great fun to play.

      Update

      Feeder – Just a Day

Finally, it is with humble apologies to EcoFreak that I give you an updated version of Feeder’s Just a Day. EcoFreak pointed out months ago that there were issues with the tempo map, but I didn’t think there was much wrong – perhaps because I was relatively new to customs then. But then I played it the other day for the first time in ages and it was, frankly, terrible. So thank you EcoFreak for realising and I’m really sorry I didn’t get it sorted much sooner! This should be much more enjoyable to play now and if you downloaded it before (and probably deleted it after realising how poor it was), I’d suggest downloading it again.

So that’s it! Thanks again to everyone for trying out my customs, I hope you’ve enjoyed them and continue to do so, at least until I have the time to bring you some new ones cheers all!

Wow you’ve been putting out some great tracks! The Stills is a great choice. I sing along to gender bombs in my car every now and again, that one is gonna be great to sing on RB. Don’t know we are the scientists too well but I enjoyed the first song I heard right here in these threads, think by user, Tomguy.

Interpol is also another good band in your newest release.

Thanks for all your hard work. Downloading now.

OHMIGOD, “Untitled” is one of my most-wanted Interpol songs.

            #454022

Another release of great songs. Especially Untitled, that was also one of the songs I considered charting once. Awesome. Thanks.
