Just downloaded a bunch of songs, will let you know what I think! Thanks!
July 31, 2015 at 7:35 am #4516314) One of my previous customs, Shot Down by Nine Black Alps, was featured on a video game soundtrack. This song also featured on that game. It was a great game too – you’d be barking to have missed it.Burnout Revenge Soundtrack 08 – Dogs – Turned To A Different Station.
Correct and I’m extremely grateful for this track and excited when he said making there debut in this thread gives me hope for other tracks by them
July 31, 2015 at 7:39 am #4516321) This British band’s only US hit has been featured on-disc in both the Rock Band and Guitar Hero franchises. That song was their third single – this custom is of their second single.A long shot but i’ll guess Fields of Fire by Big Country
i hope so i like this band
July 31, 2015 at 4:24 pm #451667i could be completely wrong bu number 2 REM – its the end of the world, or is that too obvious.I have to say Ruck Bogers, your thread is coming a real favourite of mine, its good to see an author with more british focused bands or should that be more british chart focused bands? I don’t know hopefully you get what I’m saying lol
Seeing stuff like feeder, coldplay, ash, lily allen etc. Let alone the classics you brought out at xmas is all top notch
Already released by Harmonix

Big Country – Fields of Fire
First up today is the single Big Country released before In a Big Country. This is great fun on all instruments and especially challenging on Drums. Unlike In a Big Country in RB3, I have not charted some guitar parts to Keys (yes, the Keys part on RB3 is actually guitar). This was arguably laziness, but I’m pretending it’s for the sake of authenticity ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif” />
Black Kids – Look At Me (When I Rock Wichoo)
Next, the final track from Black Kids’ debut album Partie Traumatic. For a song that’s basically about the apocalypse, it’s pretty fun and funky-sounding. It’s brilliant fun on all instruments and has one of the funnest basslines you’re likely to play in RB, in my very humble opinion ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” /> this is one of my favourite customs I’ve done yet, I’d strongly recommend it even if you don’t know the song – if you like fun, catchy indie-pop, you’ll love this ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
The Streets – Fit But You Know It
Here’s a catchy song by The Streets, all about catching someone’s eye across a skanky takeaway while on a lads’ holiday. That makes it sound horrible, but it’s pretty fun. Not much variety in the instrumental parts but they’re still fun – vocals are where it’s at here, though ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
Dogs – Tuned to a Different Station
Finally today is a track from Dogs’ debut album Turn Against This Land. This was featured on the Burnout Revenge soundtrack so you might recognise it from that. Great fun on all instruments, with some nifty drum fills and fun guitar solos.
Enjoy! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
August 1, 2015 at 8:17 pm #451815thanks so much for the big country song now i have in a big country (rock band 3) and fields of fire ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” /> hope there is more from big country i love this band ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
August 2, 2015 at 10:41 am #451853Could you manage the streets version of same song with maccabees ?
August 2, 2015 at 10:29 pm #451895Could you manage the streets version of same song with maccabees ?I don’t know it I’m afraid – just sticking to personal favourites for the time being ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
I’ll be away next weekend so I’m going to be uploading songs as and when they’re ready, rather than building things into multi-song releases. Should have something new tomorrow – keep an eye out if you enjoy fun pop-rock from the early 2000s ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
August 2, 2015 at 10:31 pm #451896Never heard any of these songs but absolutely love the Big Country release and my wife and I laughed out loud at The Streets song/video. Thanks, Ruck!

Junior Senior – Move Your Feet
Just one new custom for now – I will hopefully have more in the next few days but won’t have as much time for them as usual this week.
This song was a worldwide hit in 2003 and it’s easy to see why – it’s catchy, fun and just brilliant frankly. Check out the
to remind yourself of it if you don’t remember the title.
For the vocals, HARM1 is Junior’s part, HARM2 is Senior’s and HARM3 has the backing vocals. This song’s great fun on all instruments – hope you enjoy it ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
