Rockband Blitz on RGH XBox

Hey there,

i read that only modded xboxes can play customs in rock band blitz.

Is there someone who did this successfully? I always get “Dirty disc” errors when trying to start Customs….

Thanks in advance for any pointers in the right direction!

You need to load them as normal Live marketplace files, are you doing that?

umm, i don’t exactly know how to go about that – i upload the files via ftp into the appropriate content folders.

The songs DO show up in RBB, though, only when i start those particular songs i get the error

I don’t own a modded console, I can only imagine that the “appropriate content folders” is where you go wrong. The folders you use for unmodded consoles are different than the folders you upload Live files to, because you upload them directly to the marketplace folder, and as I said they need to be in Live format. Can’t help you a lot more than this, sorry.

Farottone is correct. Marketplace content (LIVE) go in a different folder. It should be …/00000002/ instead of …/00000001/. I use the pack creator in CON Tools to convert songs to play them on my RGH. Way faster load times that way.

Thanks alot guys! Repacking with con tools did the trick. Off to play daft punk until my fingers bleed ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />
