Reaper – Right click causes 4-way scroll

Why is it when I right click on Reaper now four arrows show and it makes me scroll (as opposed to showing a context menu)?
Are you sure you’re not pressing down the scroll wheel? That’s usually what happens in like a browser when I click the scroll wheel.
Sounds strange. Somebody on the Cockos forums reported right click issues. Not sure if it’s related.
