Has anyone figured out how to stop Readers Digest from automatically renewing every few months? I’ve canceled twice through the website, but charges still appear. Their phone number leads to a loop of recordings. Any better options?
Auto-renewal loops can be frustrating when you think everything’s canceled. Once the correct department was reached, a polite representative verified my cancellation and removed the charge entirely. They even sent an email confirmation on the spot.
