It is banneable to request something like a rb3 to rb2 export? (The rb3 songs but in a rb2 con) is just a simple question i don’t want to be banned (and of course i have rb2 and rb3)
I don’t know if it is allowed or not (I’m guessing not, since it is too similar to the explicit rule of discussing RB4 to RB3 conversions) but regardless, it wouldn’t work. The RB2 engine is simply not compatible with the RB3 audio files.

Well, someone could simply convert them kind of like Guitar Hero converts, where they would be almost the same just like fixed in some way. Like they obviously wont have Harmonies & Keys thats for sure haha. I mean to do that wouldnt be a bad idea (if someone really wanted to convert every single RB3 song) if its aloud.
i tried once, actually
no luck
I’d like to try this
Someone made a RB3 export for RB Blitz (For PS3). While the audio will likely not work on RB2, it’s probably possible if you swap the audio with a version that would work. The MIDI file might need rework too, afaik RB3 and RB2 does not have the same animation data and stuff. The Wii version is probably as close as it gets to a RB2 version. This is likely alot of work and probably not allowed here, but if one really wants to make it work, one can.
The audio will not work, guaranteed.

Only way I’d think of is to just manually extract files and rework them into an RB2 compatible CON. Even so, I’d advise against that, because it’s kind of shady in terms of C3 guidelines.
Hey, isn’t more easy to do them from zero? (Obviously using the original chart bur re-creating everyting else in rb2?) Or with a rb3 to rb2 converter? (I have one btw)

No. The files inside a RB3 CON and a RB2 CON are not the same. You can’t just change folder structure and file names. There are files missing you would need. And again, the audio would not work.
