RB3 Customs not showing up in game

I created a RB3CON with all the right files, correct song id and that stuff
yet it doesn’t show up in-game
if anyone has any ideas on why this is happening?
and please if you can figure out where tf I went wrong, please let me know!
Assuming you are on xbox I’m pretty sure you need to delete your cache to make the game create a new one with your new songs (and of course make sure you are either using a JTAG xbox or the old DVD version of the game). Make also sure you are on TU4.
