Hey there! I’ve been willing to complete a full album from Primus for a while now. The thing is, I know I won’t commit to it if I don’t write about it somewhere. I picked Sailing the Seas of Cheese first, and started authoring a few things here and there. Hopefully some people could participate to this project and help me with vocals/guitar/bass/playtesting/whatever you want. I will probably tackle the tempo mapping and the drum parts in priority but a bit of reviewing for my charts wouldn’t hurt.

First update – Messed around with Photoshop and added a new logo for this project, hope you like it!
I added my own ugly Visualizer skin as well, because why the hell not.

Sgt. Baker is tempo mapped, drums are done, vocals are in progress (~40%) and guitar will be charted by FrOogle.

American Life is tempo mapped and drums are done (I got bored while authoring the vocals, that’s what happens…).I plan on tempo mapping Eleven tomorrow, tempo mapping a song entirely in 11/8 sounds fun! Here Come the Bastards is also entirely in 5/4 for the music nerds out there.
And I’m still wondering how the hell I will chart this:
Genre is accurate.
No download for now, I’ll be releasing the whole album at once! Still have two “real” songs to finish and two interludes (Sathington Waltz and Los Bastardos) to do.
This looks pretty neat! Hey, though I am also gonna be doing a project too, though this one has various artist in it, but do you mind if I do a song by Primus?

Forgot to mention I’m interested in some stuff from Pork Soda (Welcome To This World, Bob, DMV, Nature Boy, Pork Soda, Air Is Getting Slippery, Hamburger Train). When I finish some bigger collab projects, I’d be willing to come back and help with songs from that album.

Great! I’m always up for collabs, especially for guitar and bass which I have little interest in charting. Just PM me if you want to do a collab on one of these, I can provide tempo maps as well.

Russell_GuitarGuy will also release Pudding Time so only 4 songs (bar interludes) will remain for charting Frizzle Fry as a full album. Could be nice to have a release with the 4 remaining songs in the future!
