Yeah, like I have time to do that.
It’s not that I don’t appreciate the hours of work people put into making customs, I do…but I’ve had to pass on a lot of songs, so I’m not really “enjoying” them, per se. I’ve liked some of their choices, which makes it all the more unfortunate.
January 31, 2016 at 12:01 pm #462832OMG More Guns N’ Roses! Thank you guys and Farratone!

February 1, 2016 at 9:28 pm #462875Hey there Rockers,
Happy Monday to you all! I hope you had a great weekend. This week at the Funhouse we celebrate my birthday. I have picked 6 songs especially for this week’s release. We have 4 artists/bands returning to the Funhouse and a couple new ones. These songs, with the exception of one, are well known songs by popular artists. Well, I’ll stop with the hype and bring out the clues.
Hint for song # 1 – To start us off this week, I figured it’s about time to release this track. This band returns to the Funhouse with the second single from their debut album. The song was actually inspired by the singer taking care of his sick mother. It reached #1 in Canada and #3 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Hint for song # 2 – Next up, a very popular band returns to the Funhouse with a song from a landmark Billboard #1 album. This song about insanity, potentially the band’s original singer’s, is a classic and the scarecrow agrees.
Hint for song # 3 – Our next returning artist comes back with a #1 Billboard hit. This song has some cool trivia. The song is most likely based on a relationship with a girlfriend, who later was sentenced for delivering a lethal dose of heroin to a comedy legend.
Hint for song # 4 – This band is one of my all-time favorites. We released a track by them before and I’m sure many wished it was this one. This is without a doubt their most well known song. Possibly due to the music video that was basically a parody of hip-hop videos.
Hint for song # 5 – I turn 45 this year, so I picked a song I had on a 45 rpm record when I was a teenager. It was this artist’s first single from his first solo album after departing a wildly popular band. The song is about/named after the artist’s real life girlfriend at the time.
Hint for song # 6 – This week’s final track is a novelty track that I have been jammin’ on since the 90’s. I am thrilled that this track will be in RB. What do you get when you mix Looney Tunes and metal… you get this awesome track. This is so much fun to play and sing.
We thank you all for your kindness and we are thrilled you have been enjoying these special releases. Stop back on Saturday and get these awesome tracks.
Remember to Rock Out… Life is Short
February 1, 2016 at 9:49 pm #462876#3 Paul Simon 50 Ways to Leave Your Lover
February 1, 2016 at 9:50 pm #462877If #3 is Sundown by Gordon Lightfoot, you have my undying love and devotion.
February 1, 2016 at 9:54 pm #462878Also #2 sure seems like Pink Floyd – Shine On You Crazy Diamond, which would in itself be insane.
February 1, 2016 at 9:59 pm #462879#5 – Steve Perry – Oh, Sherrie
#6 – Green Jelly’s Three Little Pigs
February 1, 2016 at 10:27 pm #462880Finally, I’ve decided that #1 is 3 AM by Matchbox Twenty. I’ll admit that was a Google job, though.
Thanks for all you do, guys!
February 1, 2016 at 11:22 pm #462883Yeah, that HAS to be Shine on You Crazy Diamond, now the only question is whether they do parts I-V, VI-IX or the entire thing. Can’t wait in either case.
