We hope you all had a great Halloween weekend. Mondays mean it is time for some more hints. We have some really cool stuff lined up for you. So, everyone put on those thinking caps and test your knowledge on these clues.

 

Hint for song #1 – First up this week is a band from Kansas. They had a good following in the 90’s. There was a bidding war for this band as record companies thought they were the next Nirvana. This song is their most well known song.

Hint for song #2 – Our next band’s name comes from a reference to the 70’s television show Chips. This song is their biggest hit. It was their only single to reach the top 40.

Hint for song #3 – Our next song comes from a band we saw with tracks on the RBN. This boss track was from their full length debut. That first album’s title seems more like a book about racing than the rocking album it is.

Hint for song #4 – Our next band was named after a Roald Dahl character. Some people think the song is about a canine but, it is actually about out-of-control anger. Another popular band took their name from this song’s title.

Hint for song #5 – Our next band is best known for their profanity-filled lyrics and suggestive song material. It is difficult to tell if this band is a throwback glam band or a parody of glam bands. So much so, the album this track came from was a #1 Billboard comedy album.

Hint for song #6 – Our last track this week comes from an alternative art-rock band. The song is the opening track for their eighth studio album.
