    1. Space Lord- Monster Magnet    …again I can’t place the ‘lurking in the deep dark night’ clue with anything so another wild guess

    Monster Magnet is far from being considered a gloom metal band IMO (they are considered more “stoner rock/hard rock”), so I don’t see that one being it.

     

    But “lurking in the deep dark night”…my take on that, likely Vampires (which is what Type O Negative was known for “pretending to be” and even singing like…and they are a gloom/doom metal band).  <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif” />

    Not sure if I’m right…we’ll see.

    i was hoping for Dangerous Tonight, also by Alice Cooper. but this song will work, never heard it before.

    Love this theme month idea and am keeping hope alive that Halloween by Helloween is in the bunch.

    There is a guitar only version of that floating around.  You should definitely add vocals to it.
