September 19, 2015 at 2:06 pm #455369Thanks for the 13th Floor Elevators! Some good shit right there

Even with that dude playing the jug, it is super awesome. That howling scream of Roky’s is amazing.

Here it is with a Dick Clark intro.
September 19, 2015 at 2:15 pm #455370Another fantastic week guys! Thanks for continuing to deliver all these amazing classic tracks. You’re giving the 60s a much needed boost.
September 20, 2015 at 12:45 am #455415Been waiting for Live Wire for a long time. I think that leaves Wild Side as the lone remaining Crue song I’d like in the game. Hold Tight was a nice pick as well.
Thanks for another great week.

September 21, 2015 at 9:47 pm #455535Hey there Rockers,
Happy Monday y’all. This coming Sunday will be my 18th wedding anniversary. This week will contain some songs I picked with that in mind, so there is some interesting stuff. On with the hints…
Hint for song #1 – Our first track is the first single from this artist’s sixth album. It’s chart success was a bit held back due to the word “asshole” being in the first line of the song.
Hint for song #2 – This next song was played at my wedding reception. That incident may be the only appearance of this returning-to-Funhouse-customs band in a formal setting, ever. The song was also included in the soundtrack to a modern film version of a literary classic.
Hint for song #3 – This band returns to Funhouse customs with an awesome ballad. This band features future members of a different band that has more than two full albums available for RB. Unfortunately, this week’s incredible band’s future was cut short due to tragedy.
Hint for song #4 – This song was to be on a soundtrack, but the film was never released. The song was a top 40 hit. The band may be most known in modern day for a Grammy debacle or a song about a creepy guy, but this was their longest lasting chart single at 16 weeks.
Hint for song #5 – The next track is the opening track for #1 album that had five big singles worldwide. This song was only a single in Japan. This band has appeared in official DLC and our customs previously.
Hint for song #6 – Our final track this week is the title track to this American Heavy Metal band’s sixth studio album. The guitarist actually wrote this song to be part of another project. In 2012 the band, after the death of the band’s founder and leader, changed it’s name by a letter at the end.
Best of luck everyone. We hope you enjoy!

September 21, 2015 at 10:16 pm #455541#3: Nirvana – Come as you are (the album version)This…… or “Where did you sleep last night?”
September 21, 2015 at 10:39 pm #455544Live Wire!! Sweet. Wonder if you used the audio from the first album, or their Remastered version off Decade of Decadence (drums, instruments were cleaner and drums were better sounding)…guess I’ll see soon.

Yeah, I thought of that one, too, and it would be awesome as well! But I think ‘Come as you are’ fits better into that wedding context
