Man…you guys rock each and every week! I’m not sure if you take requests, but sometime in the future if you could do anything from Creed’s first album. That would be amazing. I’m surprised that people don’t do more of Creed other than the RB release of Higher. Them along with Alter Bridge (same band with different singers) really know how to rock. I would think anything a rock band player would want. Its just a shame they got the “Christen Rock” label.

But again, thanks for everything you do! Its all appreciated. Amazing song choices!

Some people might be disappointed with one of the artists this week. We did another song by that artist, and both of them aren’t very good, in fact, neither actually even feature said artist.

 

Just saying this as some form of not-really-foreshadowing, but we’ve got some great stuff for that artist down the road, in the near future.

Hey there Rockers,

It is Saturday and that means more rockin’ good times from the Funhouse. This week has several great songs, if you haven’t heard these, do yourself a favor and give them a listen. This week includes a very special song in tribute to my father. My father and I listened to the Running on Empty album many times. Every time I hear it, I can feel that time when I was still just a boy learning from his father. The song is quite a heartfelt one to me, but aside from that, it felt so real and pure while playing it. The chart was super fun. Please check it out, it is without a doubt, one of the best things I have ever played.

I must take just a second to say that Sygenysis is an amazingly talented dude. He didn’t have to work on the song with me or any of the others he has worked on to help me memorialize in RB forever, some of those I have lost. It means a great deal to me. It is touching to me, the way he uses his tremendous talent to help me with such deeply personal stuff. Thank you my friend, I will never forget it.

Now, enough of this sentimental bullshit, it’s time to put my boo-hoo towel away…

Once again I have overfilled the Opening Post with too many awesome songs. I do plan on working on the opening post soon, I have just been super busy this past few weeks.
