John MellencampIn a Fandemonium StreetFight Match
Tonight we have our announcement for August’s RockFight Saturday Night. This month, we have two working class icons. These RockFighters are going to do battle in a first of it’s kind…
Fandemonium Street Fight Match!!We join Gordon Carray and Floyd “The Funk Master” Cooper in the ring. Their special guests, at this time, are our RockFighters for this month’s event. The small crowd goes wild as we start the show.
GC – “Welcome RockFight fans! It is time for our announcement. Are you ready??”
The crowd cheers as pyro goes off in the arena. We see John Mellencamp standing at the top of the ramp in a cloud of smoke. The former Mr. Cougar makes his way to the ring, shakin’ hands and giving high fives to the people at ringside. They love John Mellencamp here at the arena. John makes his way into the ring and shakes hands with Gordon and Floyd.
We hear a loud motorcycle revving sound, as we see pyro again. Through a curtain of sparks, we see the Boss himself, Bruce Springsteen on a Harley Davidson motorcycle rolling down the ramp to the ring. Once again the crowd roars!! A chant breaks out…

This is awesome!!Bruce dismounts the cycle and gives some high fives at ringside. He takes off his biker jacket and gives it to a young boy at ringside. The crowd is now fully behind Springsteen. Bruce Springsteen enters the ring and gives John Mellencamp a handshake. The announcers get a handshake from Bruce.
Both fighters look to be in great shape. There is a podium in the middle of the ring and four folding chairs seated around the podium. Gordon stays at the podium the rest of the men take their seats.GC – “Welcome RockFighters! Thank you for joining us tonight!”
The big screen pops up behind them. On the screen it says in large letters…

This StreetFight is in the Fans Hands!!GC – “You may say what is a Fandemonium Street Fight match? Well, a streetfight match is a no DQ, winner can get the pinfall or submission anywhere in the arena type match. At RockFights we put the streetfight in the fans hands. Fandemonium is RockFight twist. For a Fandemonium streetfight match, the fan will bring their choice of foreign objects/weapons for the RockFighters to use in the match. Here is a list of restrictions.”

Object Restrictions:
This is a fun match, the more fun the object the better it is.
There are a few forbidden objects: No blades, no sharp or pointed objects, no explosives or guns, no poisons and no chainsaws!
Here are a few examples of good objects: an Rock Band keyboard, accordion, scuba flippers, Christmas tree or something else that would be fun to see someone hit with.The crowd goes wild. We get a fecal chant.

Holy Shit!!!GC – “Could get both fighters to please join me at the podium to sign the contracts at this time?”
John Mellencamp and Bruce Springsteen both stand and join Gordon at the podium, while “The Funk Master” stares off in the direction of the ringside medical table. Floyd still has that silly smile on his face that we saw last time we saw Floyd. At that time, he was under the influence of the Shaman’s brew.
First, John Mellencamp signs the contract and then Bruce Springsteen signs. The crowd roars as the two icons of music shake hands again.
GC – “Thank you, gentlemen. It is now Official! That is all the time we have for tonight! We will see you soon. What will you bring to the Fandemonium StreetFight? For Floyd Cooper and the whole RockFight crew, this is Gordon Carray wishing you a great night! We will see ya at the Arena, don’t forget to bring your favorite weapon!”
The show ends as John Mellencamp and Bruce Springsteen give more high fives and handshakes at ringside. As Gordon exits the ring, Floyd is still sitting in his folding chair staring over at the physicians table with that goofy smile.

That is our first weapon post. I hope you guys come up with a bunch of fun things. You guys put the “Fan” in Fandemonium. I am confident you guys can come up with some great objects to bring. The RockFighters are counting you “peeps” to bring some great stuff. It is going to be a super close RockFight.

Release Notes
When we released Funky Cold Medina, the peeps started clamoring for Tone Loc – Wild Thing. Today we all get to enjoy that request. This will be a favorite for all your Rock Band parties, for certain.
Salt-n-Papa – Push It is an all-time classic. Now we can all push it real good!!! Nuff said… Word!
Run DMC – You Be Illin’ was one of my favorite tracks as a teenager. I had my “ghetto blaster” and wished I had street cred. Now we can all have that with gold stars on this track.
We had 3 “Big Brains” this week. They nailed all three tracks!
