Its true these guys don’t get enough recognition that they deserve. I wish I had 1/10 of Sy’s charting ability & also 1/10 of Nunchucks fun lovin attitude & dedication to this site. Our little “plastic instrument” site would be very different without these two & what they do

All the Stones songs turned out to be way more challenging than I’d ever thought, to chart, and to play. All the little nuances, especially in guitar, where you never play the same thing more than once really makes me respect their musicianship, and of course, the vocals by Mick Jagger are great and fun to play.

 

I really appreciate the ODB song, I keep singing the chorus to myself, super catchy. It didn’t feel right leaving out the chorus as unpitched, so that’s the only playable part of the vocals, but I think it’s worth it because the song’s so good. I’d say that it’s my favorite song this week, even if the instruments themselves aren’t too engaging to play.
