November 8, 2013 at 3:31 pm #409009I am so incredibly happy that Nightmare Lyre helped me be able to play Run Wild in RB, as it is the first song i helped create. I have no words to describe the many feelings and thoughts that went through me when i first played it in game.
The last six years of my life have been an adventure, from when i tried GH for the first time, playing in the only nationals we ever had in denmark, to a lotta time with RB, , my streaming and youtube channel, to joining a team and doing fbfc’s and stuff, and finally starting to play real drums a year ago, to then helping create this tune. To me Run Wild as a custom sums these last years up, and again, i cant thank Nightmare Lyre enough for the help he provided ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />
a little background on the song and band:
Escaped were our schoolband last semester, and we’re actually from a Danish school ^^
Most of us are new musicians, so please bear with us
The song was created a day our teachers had to go attend some other stuff. They left us with some chords, and they were sure we would make a bossanova, but yeah, we didnt ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” />
The first time we played it live, we did a band presentation round before the solo (there is a video on my youtubechannel if anyone is interested), but this was scratched later, for reasons i no longer remember ^^
The song was also the inspiration for the cd’s name
I hope that some of you guys can appreciate the song, and have fun playing it.
So many thanks to Nightmare Lyre for all the help, and ofc to C3 for providing weekly customs, and releasing this song aswell ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />

November 8, 2013 at 6:37 pm #409021Anonymous“Sweet Dreams” song is the only song I recognized, though I do recognized the other artists…
But holy crap… Been forever since I’ve listened to that “Sweet Dreams” song!
November 8, 2013 at 7:39 pm #409027“Run Wild” sounds pretty cool in the preview – will give this a try! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
November 8, 2013 at 7:53 pm #409028AnonymousI have a question… How do you guys rank the difficulty for the instruments of the C3 songs? specifically Mr. Far…
Not trying to sound rude or anything but “Sweet Dreams” was one of the easiest songs I’ve done on Guitar (Got 5 gold stars on 2nd try) and yet it ranked with 4 marks… I’m just puzzled and such… Not trying to be rude, mean, or anything like that… Just curious now…
November 8, 2013 at 8:24 pm #409032Thanks for Sweet Dreams. That was another huge hit that was previously missing from the library. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />

Well, the answer is the usual: we eyeball what seems to be the correct tier. I may have overshot this one, maybe I gave too much importance to the constant flow of notes.

But anyways. Still an awesome chart.
November 8, 2013 at 9:43 pm #409042Really solid week, guys. Loving how we finally got “Sweet Dreams,” and the Escaped track looks pretty fun. Also looking forward to Rendez-Vu, listening to the song brings so much early 2000’s nostalgia to me, since they played it on the radio a ton where I live.
November 9, 2013 at 2:16 am #409053Sweet Dreams! Finally! I was wondering when it would happen!
November 9, 2013 at 2:55 am #409056Fixed the Norwegian thing. Sorry! I was writing the copy in a hurry and couldn’t find any of the backstory with Run Wild.
Difficulty tiers don’t affect gameplay and you can change them with Le Fluffie.
