Status update.
Heart – How Can I Refuse is a new addition to my list of songs being worked on.
Steely Dan – FM is almost ready for release. Currently testing.
Zebra – Bears is currently on hold.
Now that I am feeling a little more confident building customs, and after much reading here on the forums, I am currently doing some rework on the previous customs I’ve released. For example…
- Adjusting tube length for vocals, guitar and bass.
- Adding guitar solos.
- Adding tambourine for vocals.
- Better Magma configurations when compiling audio.
- Fixing overdrive frequency and adding unison phrases (still need to improve on this, but its a start!).
- and more.
I am certainly not an expert at this (more like a beginner) but I do enjoy it enough to continue to improve my charting skills.

For the first update….
Zebra – Tell Me What You Want (V2)
- Added guitar!
- Fixed all vocal tube lengths and fixed pitch in many places.
- Drums were tweaked a bit to include a few missing notes.
- Fixed overdrive phrases.
I have yet to try any of your customs, but I’d say adding missing instruments is the best idea. A full-band custom (legacy instruments at least) is immediately a lot more attractive than an incomplete one

Cameo – Word Up! V2
- Added tambourine percussion section for vocals.
- Fixed slopply guitar and bass sustains.
- Vocals got some needed attention.
Dokken –
Alone Again V3
In My Dreams V3
Just Got Lucky V3- All songs were revamped to reduce vocal tube length and tweak the pitch.
- Fixed Magma config for all 3 songs to truly reflect that these ARE multi-tracks. Now missing a note will silence the track as designed.
- Guitar and bass were revamped for all 3 songs to fix tubes that were too short to be used for the whammy bar.
- Fixed guitar solos on all 3 songs that were sloppy and poorly designed. They remain difficult (In My Dreams is still friggin hard!), but now they seem to have a bit better flow. May address this again if the need arises.
- Fixed many instances of overdrive and added unison phrases for all 3 songs.
- Added tambourine percussion section for vocals for all 3 songs.
- Removed HARM2 on Alone Again. It was so small that it would cause the harmony player to have less than 10 seconds of singing time total. Boring!
