MaybeTowelieParticipantI was just starting to get into Bob Seger (songs that wasn’t on his greatest hits) in early 2000. I remember using Napster to download Ramblin Gamblin Man, and being dissatisfied with the sound quality. Kept downloading different files, trying to find a good one, and they all sounded like crap. Many years later I heard the song on the radio, and that’s when I learned that’s just how the original version sounds. Apparently “The Bob Seger System” just didn’t have the budget for quality sound. lol
The Live Bullet version wouldn’t be a bad alternative for better sound quality. Either way, I for one am very excited about this song!

MrPrezidentModeratorCool, thanks for sharing that information
” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif” /> It’s actually not that bad now that I’ve had some time to study, it has a raw energy that sounds to me like early Creedence. There’s a Bob Seger song I’m hoping to get into the final week of “That 70’s Showdown” (one I haven’t mentioned shhhhhhhh), that will be the first one of a 3-pack of Bob.
Appreciate your thoughts, cheers!
I’ve updated the main post with my new in-progress stuff. The stuff marked (in testing) will come out soon, I am not really in a hurry to push out content. I have some…. plans.

MrPrezidentModeratorWe did it guys, our 151st Birthday is coming up, that means Canada Day is coming. There will be customs.
While we count down the days until July 1st, I wonder if I could ask a favour of my fellow Canadians. Please take a look at my montage of Canada and tell me what is missing, either by photoshooping it in there OR by telling me and I’ll add it myself eh?
As you can see I have started by adding the missing mr. Gretzky and of course Justin (the less evil one).

Thanks buddy

Good news, I googled “Beaver” and nobody got fired from work.

Dash RiprockParticipantActually, I was wrong.
There’s a beaver on the nickel. But there is still a shocking lack of Rush.

Also, Bryan Adams is like a fine BC wine, he gets much better with age.

OHHHKAAAAYY…….that really must be a very Canadian thing.
Us Pacific Islanders are very much into (and love to eat) SPAM (the canned meat kind, not the cyberspace reference)
” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif” /> which I’m sure just thinking about would gag a few members here on the forum….but the thought of bagged milk makes me shudder!!! lol
” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />Let’s not forget the McKenzie Brothers, Bob and Doug eh?
