I’m gonna try and fix it later on today and upload fixed versions, knowing what I need to fix now.
June 20, 2013 at 5:02 am #401759After checking it out I did figure out how to separate the 2 versions, but the files are too big and would take too long to upload all the songs again, so unfortunatley you’ll have to choose between the 2, but from now on all upgrades will be correctly different as to not overwrite your single kick version. On that note I added a 2x version of the 5 finger death punch song “Hard to see”
June 20, 2013 at 5:53 am #401761Five Finger Death Punch – Hard to See (2x Bass Pedal) Also with Pro Drums
How is there a 2x Bass Pedal version for this if there isn’t a regular version?
June 20, 2013 at 6:17 am #401762Hard To See is an actual RBN release in the store although I’ll gladly take a fixed pro drums version with 2X bass pedal.
Is it easy to fix those 2X bass pedal songs? Do I need to use LeFluffe? Would be great to have an example of what do exactly. Thanks

Yeah exactly, it was fixed by someone else with pro drums, I just added 2X bass.
And yeah Sideshow look the original post where all the songs are listed on the first page, I put a step by step on what to do to change it so it doesn’t replace your single kick versions. See if that helps. I might have missed something but I think I got it down in the step by step. Let me know if some thing doesn’t work for you while doing it.
June 20, 2013 at 8:40 am #401769I feel like such a retard. I cannot get the 2X bass pedal versions to store in my library with the single kicks. I followed your steps and just cant get it to work. I changed the first line and the 5th line and it doesnt work. Here is the example:
(MasterofPuppets2xbass
(name “Master of Puppets (2X Bass Pedal)”)
(artist “Metallica”)
(master TRUE)
(song_id MasterofPuppets2xbass)
(song
(name “songs/MasterOfPuppets/MasterOfPuppets”)
(tracks
((drum (0 1 2 3 4 5))
(bass (6 7))
(guitar (8 9))
(vocals (10 11))
(keys ())
Does parenthesis matter? I got the 2x bass pedal to show up in the library somehow but the album art was blank white and the song wouldnt play. Please help. >” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” />
June 20, 2013 at 12:34 pm #401773That behaviour indicates that the required files aren’t in the package.
What’s in the 2x Bass CON that you have, file and structure-wise?

I was possible using quotation marks and parenthesis which was messing it up but I got it to work. Thanks
June 20, 2013 at 5:09 pm #401787Make sure that after changing the songs.dta in the songs, you delete your cache before adding it back into the game again. I Made changes to my own files I had, but it won’t reflect in game unless I delete the cache cause it already has that song saved. It looks like to me that you did everything like I Did. And no dont add parenthesis, just type where the text is.
Also with the structure. Yeah when you download the CON and open lefluffie. In the songs u should see the dat file and then the MID and MOGG and stuff. But you only extra the DTA file and change that, save it, and then go back into LeFluffie and right click the songs.dta and hit replace file, and select the saved new DTA file in your computer wherever u saved the extracted one. Then hit sign and rebuild and put that con in your flash drive. It should work but make sure u delete your cache first maybe
June 20, 2013 at 5:53 pm #401791I did delete the cache and it still wont add the song to the library. That shouldnt matter though because the 2X bass pedal version is treated as a brand new song being added to the library. Oh well, I’ll try again later. Thanks
June 20, 2013 at 8:56 pm #401799OK let me know.
On another note, Here is a fix that I know some people want. I uploaded a version of Papa Roach’s “Last Resort” with the CD version as the backing track. It isn’t multitrack because it’s a different recording obviously. But everything else about the gameplay should be the same. If there’s any issues anyone encounters let me know. link here and on the front page.
June 21, 2013 at 12:03 am #401812I’m a little puzzled why I couldnt get them working earlier but now I have all your 2X bass pedals in my library with the single kicks. Thank you for your assistance and also for that album version of Last Resort!
June 21, 2013 at 1:31 am #401828OK glad you got it figured out, what did you do that made it work?
June 21, 2013 at 1:46 am #401833Thanks for the Album Version of Last Resort!
June 21, 2013 at 11:00 am #401847OK glad you got it figured out, what did you do that made it work?Maybe had something to do with adding quotations or parenthesis on the first and 5th line of the DTA file. I pretty much just copy and pasted whatever you made for the song ID onto the first line. Making up my own song nomenclature didnt seem to work.
