Most songs by Weezer are fun to play and usually easy for beginners !

There are a lot great customs, probably start with the more know bands like Guns N Roses, Tom Petty, and Micheal Jackson. The charters are on here do a great job and you can tell a lot of time is taken doing this.

I’m gonna suggest a few of my songs, mostly the poppier stuff. A few that are great for parties, and aren’t too difficult, include “Wrecking Ball” by Miley Cyrus, “The Fox (What Does the Fox Say?)” by Ylvis, and “Ghosts ‘n’ Stuff” by deadmau5. All three of those are also great for parties

If you’re looking for something more “rock,” though, I’d suggest the likes of “Diamond Eyes” and “Change (In the House of Flies)” by Deftones, and “The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows” by Brand New. The last one may be stretching it a little bit with the guitar line, but you can always lower the difficulty.

My 9 and 6 year olds love playing “The Fox (What Does the Fox Say?)”. Thanks for sharing it.

No problem! Also, Nightmare Lyra and Decibelle both helped a lot with that one, so they also deserve thanks!

I’d agree with Weezer. Actually, a lot of modern pop bands are fairly simple and fun. Joan Jett, Toto, Tom Petty, some Linkin Park songs, and Queen would be good for beginners. Actually Farottone has released many good beginner songs the last few weeks for his “House of Customs” show.

For self-advertisement, I’d say you should check out my chart “Surprise” by Filter. It’s easy to play, it’s happy, it’s good for all audiences.

The Beatles have quite a few starter-friendly customs already available.

As others have said…Weezer’s “Say It Ain’t So” is like the gold standard for starter Rock Band songs.

Depends if OP exported RB1 in time sadly though since I don’t think it can be exported anymore?
