In MagmaC3’s Audio tab, do you have the boxes checked for instruments that should be playable?

I’m not sure, I’ll check this out.
another question, do I need to do anything with Reaper to be all right?

Yes. In REAPER, make sure all MIDI tracks to be exported are unmuted and nothing is soloed.
