Metallica RockBand DLC songs

Hey I was trying to download the rockband Metallica songs, like Enter Sandman, Battery, and the 3 DLC songs. The links in the datebase for those do not work or bring me to the xboxlive store. Is there a rb3con file for these songs or does anyone have more information on why these 5 songs aren’t working or I seem to cannot download. Any help would be great. Thank you!
Official content will not be made available through Rhythm Gaming World, except as links to where you can purchase the content for your console. This includes official content no longer available, since there is always the chance Harmonix may relicense the songs and make them available again. We don’t wish to rob Harmonix of any potential sales.
