Login Errors because of Tokens

I’ve attempted several times to login to the C3 Control Panel but it tells me that either the username or token is wrong. I can log into this account just fine with the username, so I figure I’m having an issue with the token. I can generate the token just fine, and all I’m doing is copy-pasting it into the token field on the login screen, so I can’t see what the issue is.
