Hey folks. I’ve been getting into charting songs for the first time in years (i.e. I posted some really bad ones for FOF centuries ago), and I’ve got a few that I think were good enough to upload. Fingers crossed others agree.

      What I like to chart:

Anime/J-Rock songs (especially songs from Mecha and Sports shows)

      Alt/Indie Music

      Pop/Electronic Rock

I’ll always try to chart all legacy instruments plus keys if it’s a big part, and manually chart all difficulties, as well as pitched vocals. I’m not so great at adding harmonies, but I might go back and add them later if anyone is interested in them.

My WIP thread where I’ll try to have rough drafts of my current projects posted is:

      http://customscreators.com/index.php?/topic/19320-kyrosa-wip-thread/

So, here’s my first few charts. They’re mostly anime stuff, sorry if that’s not your thing.

      Hozier – Jackie & Wilson

      DATABASE: http://customscreators.com/index.php?/page/index.html/_/jackie-and-wilson-r26783

Just a fun song I did to get back into charting. Very simple to play, especially if you like to double up singing. I’ll probably add the harmonies to this one later.

      tacica – Leo

      PLna1Uk.jpg

      DATABASE: http://customscreators.com/index.php?/page/index.html/_/leo-r26782

One of the ending themes to the anime Haikyu. I picked it because I thought it had a really neat little bass part, which you just don’t see often enough. More love to bassists, amirite?

NICO Touches the Walls – Mashi Mashi

      yKgYS0e.jpg

      DATABASE: http://customscreators.com/index.php?/page/index.html/_/mashi-mashi-r26813

Another Haikyu song (I really like the show, okay?). I decided to chart the rhythm guitar to the bass part on this one. I’ll probably move it to the keys eventually and add the actual bass part, but that’s for another time. Again, I’ll probably add harmonies later.

Man With a Mission – Raise Your Flag

      VLsntNJ.jpg

      DATABASE: http://customscreators.com/index.php?/page/index.html/_/raise-your-flag-r26814

Raise ’em if you got ’em. First opening theme for the anime Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. Famous for being both catchy and sung in complete nonsense English. It’s got a fun little hammered-on guitar riff sprinkled throughout and some good chord work through the whole song. Definitely a fun one to play on all instruments.

Hope people like these ones. Any feedback is appreciated and will absolutely be reflected and credited in any modifications. Thanks!

A few new songs, plus an update to an older one.

          UPDATED:

NICO Touches the Walls – Mashi Mashi

Updated to include the bass part, and moved the acoustic rhythm guitar part to keys.

          NEW:

          The Frames – Fake

          bTjQ8K3.jpg

          DATABASE: http://customscreators.com/index.php?/page/index.html/_/fake-r27165

Fun little song, if a little bit simple to play. Has a few little guitar solos sprinkled around and a fun vocal part.

          Daniel Olsén – Mine

          DATABASE: http://customscreators.com/index.php?/page/index.html/_/mine-r27166

A song from the video game Sayonara Wild Hearts, played during one of the boss fights. The guitar part is very minimal and short, but the rest of the instruments are a lot of fun to play. Includes full 3-part vocal harmonies.

Left at London – Revolution Lover

          kLcpwxp.jpg

          DATABASE: http://customscreators.com/index.php?/page/index.html/_/revolution-lover-r27167

A catchy song based around a simple guitar and piano riff. I charted this to get some practice doing 3-part vocal harmonies on a simpler song, but I still think it’s a fun one to play/sing. Has karaoke stems courtesy of Left at London herself releasing the stems over twitter.

          Gallows – Misery

          iDExoND.jpg

          DATABASE: http://customscreators.com/index.php?/page/index.html/_/misery-r27168

Just a banger, this one. Also fun if you want an excuse to scream profanity really loud and make your neighbors worry about your safety. Includes a double-bass drum part at the breakdown.

TW: Suicide and implied animal abuse/violence in this one. Avoid it if that sort of thing bothers you.

          SPYAIR – Rage of Dust

          DATABASE: http://customscreators.com/index.php?/page/index.html/_/rage-of-dust-r27169

Another song from Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. Lots of fun and variety on all instruments, including a short bass solo. The only double-bass pedal sections happen at the end, but I included a second chart for completeness sake.

Here’s a quick one I did to get better charting rapped vocals.

            NEW:

Ayla Nereo, The Polish Ambassador, & Mr. Lif – Kumite (feat. Chali 2na)

            bER4M7v.jpg

            DATABASE: http://customscreators.com/index.php?/page/index.html/_/kumite-feat-chali-2na-r27239

Melody switches around between the keys and guitar, while the vocal line gets passed around between the three different singers, going from singing to rapping to rap-singing(?). I dunno, I just like this song. Ayla’s a total hippie, so maybe this is hippie-hop? Harmony part splits the song into two parts, one for the male singers and one for the female singer.
