So I want to start off by saying thank you to all the authors out there that are working so hard to continuously give us new content… You all are amazing and we are very appreciative…
I did have a question however. I have noticed that certain songs that i have either previously downloaded or songs that were previously dlc or official tracks are not showing up while searching the customs database. (A certain example i can think of right off the top of my head is “let her cry” by hootie and the blowfish)
My question is, have these songs been completely removed from the forums? Or have they been linked somewhere else? And if they have been removed all together, is there any particular reason they would have been removed?
Now i can’t remember if Let her Cry was official dlc or if it was a custom, but i DO remember that it would at least show up when i searched it. (This WAS like 3 years or so ago however)
Any time a song that is a custom becomes official DLC, it is removed from the database. Let Her Cry by Hootie and the Blowfish was released as official DLC in late 2016. You can no longer download it from this site.
Ok thanks for that… Didn’t it use to say on here if it was dlc though? I thought i remembered seeing that before
It should, but DLC hasn’t been updated in the database for some time. I’m pushing to get that remedied.
You are about to leave Rhythm Gaming World and access the external songs DB. While no song or file sold for commercially available videogames is hosted there and only fan generated content is allowed, Rhythm Gaming World has no direct control over the database and no files are hosted here. Alright, we had to made you aware of this, now you can visit the database!
