In for everything this week! Never thought I’d see the entire Psalm 69 album in Rock Band. I played the hell out of that disc for years after it came out. Can’t wait to play it.

Thanks! I picked up the Journey song and the REO Speedwagon made me realize I never got any of their songs released as official RB DLC so I picked some of those up too. That’s all for me this week.

Another AC/DC track featuring vocals by the great Bon Scott = gallons of awesome sauce! And the new Journey & REO tracks will certainly become instant party favorites. I’m not real familiar with Ministry, but I will sure give them a listen. The only thing that sucks about this release is that now it’s a whole looong week until the next one

What I don’t get is why there had to be back-to-back REO Speedwagon releases. There’s a reason official DLC never did this and it’s because it makes it seem like there’s less variety. I think last week’s should have had both.

Because we wanted to distance the real REO from the sappy REO? Ha! Actually, I like all REO. I just mourn the even better songs that could have been had they not turned in the power ballad direction.

 

The fact is that not all authors know every song that is being scheduled. So my REO song was ready last week and I didn’t know Farottone was also doing REO. But yeah, someone probably should have let me in on it and scheduled them together.
