Although they are not “Epics”, I would love non-live versions of Living After Midnight and Breaking The Law.
The live versions that are DLC for RB are really bad….especially Living After Midnight.
July 21, 2013 at 3:52 am #403320I know you let me download the stems for the “Victim of Changes” cover, but do you know if anyone has taken up the project yet?

July 25, 2013 at 11:15 am #403474I would love to see Ram it Down for the epic dual solo and The Sentinel by Priest
August 6, 2013 at 6:55 pm #404151I agree, I’d really like to see some more of the lesser known Priest in the game, as a lot of their lesser known tracks would likely be more fun to play than the ones that were released on the store. Goonergaz killed me when he mentioned The Sentinel, that is my all time favorite Judas Priest track from the 80’s, the dueling solos, and the vocals on that song alone make me wonder why it never got picked up by Guitar Hero or Rock Band at some point officially. Huge +1 from me.

Is there any way you could send them my way?
January 11, 2014 at 2:16 am #412041I’ve seen some Judas Priest customs around, but I can’t seem to track any of them down other than Hell Bent for Leather. Anyone got any of the stuff listed below?
Ram it Down (I remember I saw a version that was guitar and drums only, but I can’t find it anywhere)
The Sentinel
Love Bites
A Touch of Evil
Hell Patrol
Metal Meltdown
One Shot at Glory
I’d be really happy if anyone had any of these and would be willing to upload, thanks ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
January 12, 2014 at 2:08 am #412084Add “Heading Out to the Highway” to that list bro.
More Priest please ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />

January 12, 2014 at 7:14 pm #412122I might be getting Ram it Down soon. I had originally seen it when I was hanging with my friend a while ago in 2012 and he’s going to try and find it on his hard drive and send it my way. When/if he does, I’ll upload it for you folks to enjoy. He said it’s instruments only though, no vocals.
The Ripper
Victim of Changes
The Green Manalishi
I wish that the seventies era of Judas Priest had been represented with more than just Hell Bent for Leather. They had a lot of other songs from the seventies along with what you’ve listed that would have been excellent to play. Just to name a few:
Exciter
Diamonds and Rust
Sinner
Beyond the Realms of Death
Starbreaker
Delivering the Goods
Stained Class
The list could go on, but those are off the top of my head.
It’s easy to overlook the stuff Priest released in the seventies until you’ve heard it… then it’ll get stuck in your head.
Judas Priest is one of the bands that, in my honest opinion, got somewhat overlooked with DLC somehow, even with two album packs released. Screaming for Vengeance, yeah its awesome that we got the whole thing, I had no issues with that… but British Steel Live is comprised of recordings that are representative of the band when they were already far past their prime, and are not at all the preferred versions of the songs (Rob doesn’t even sing the chorus for Breaking the Law). Not to mention the fact that they somehow totally ignored most of the Painkiller album (besides the title track, of course), which has a ton of great songs, and they’d no doubt have been challenging and fun to play.
January 13, 2014 at 10:06 pm #412167Jesus every song in here would be a dream to have on Rock Band… I absolutely love singing Judas Priest songs. Any potential future custom tracks released in the future will be loved dearly.
