I know that the rule about customs is that if it’s already an official dlc it can’t be created UNLESS it’s a live version. Considering that Journey’s “Any You Want It” and “Don’t Stop Believin'” are (or were) still apart of Rockband, would it possible to request live version customs of the two with keys included?

You have the right to request songs that were not released as official DLC, including live or studio versions of studio/live songs, but you posted in the wrong section. Next time, you should post it in “Song Requests”!
