Is it possible to get the Lego Rock Band tracks still?

I’m sure that this question has probably been answered several times, but I haven’t found anything that was helpful to me. I have Lego Rock Band in the Wii and RB3 on the 360 (I plan on getting LRB on 360 soon). LRB has such a great track list in it but, it doesn’t seem to be on the Xbox market place as DLC. I’m fully willing to pay for it and support the official release, just not sure how I can. I’m not looking to pirate it as I don’t have a jtag system. I’m currently buying a few songs so I was hoping that I could pick up my favourites from that. If there is anyway I can officially still get the in RB3 please let me know.

Unfortunately, the export license for LRB songs has expired. There’s no way to get them legally.
Damn it. That’s what I thought. I’m not gonna ask how to do it or where to get them but, am I correct in assuming that you need a jtag xbox?
Not technically, if you do it right. Not gonna get into that though. If you’re really interested, just look it up. Don’t discuss it here.
