Me two, playing keys on that song = goosebumps
November 27, 2013 at 6:55 pm #409863At least one of these songs listed is being worked on.
November 27, 2013 at 8:15 pm #409868I don’t know if everyone knows of this album but i got it for my bestest friend last year and she loves it and it’s amazing
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/We_Wish_Yo … g_New_Year
but it takes traditional christmas song and has them performed by a complete mash up of metal artists
e.g, “Run Rudolph Run” ( Lemmy / Billy F. Gibbons / Dave Grohl )
“Frosty The Snowman” ( Bumblefoot / Chris Chaney/ Kenny Aronoff / Steve “Lips” Kudlow )
“God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen” ( Ronnie James Dio / Tony Iommi / Rudy Sarzo / Simon Wright )
“Silent Night” ( Chuck Billy / Scott Ian / Jon Donais / Chris Wyse / John Tempesta )
all the tracks are just amazing, and if they’re not charted, they’re at least worth buying (or torrenting, whatever) and playing through this season
November 29, 2013 at 8:26 pm #409987Gotta have some TSO’s Christmas Cannon Rock. Great guitar riffs and solo’s. And of course Billy Mack Christmas is All Around Me from Love Actually.
November 29, 2013 at 9:42 pm #409994AnonymousI’m thinking about charting P1K’s cover of “We Wish You a Merry Christmas” that he did with Forest Rain and Whitetail… (The song is part of a Holiday Album that P1K released today!).
But at the same time… My patience with charting is not so good… I’ll need to think on this for sures.
~Edit~
Oh and had issues with Mediafire last time I used it so getting it online might take a bit as well…
Hm…
November 29, 2013 at 10:10 pm #409998“Merry Christmas Everybody” by Slade. Probably not as popular internationally as it is in the UK, but if you’ve watched almost any of the Doctor Who Christmas Specials you’ve heard at least a bit of it.
November 29, 2013 at 10:41 pm #409999AnonymousOkay… So I decided to not do it… I started for a moment but then just went “Bleh” on it! Sorry… Plus, even if I do it… I would’ve removed the instrumental part at the ending thusly making the song only 1:28 long instead of 2:24 long… (I found the instrumental part unnecessary).
If anybody wants to know the song (And maybe even do it?) Ye’ can just Go here
Note: Song can be downloaded for free if ye’ don’t wish to donate for it.
December 1, 2013 at 10:17 pm #410076How about a song off of Bad Religion’s new Christmas album?
December 3, 2013 at 5:24 pm #410152How has nobody mentioned it?
Wham! – Last Christmas

December 6, 2013 at 3:36 am #410228how about Collective Soul – DecemberThis!
I found a drums only custom of the song, but I don’t play drums so that doesn’t do much good for me. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” />
December 7, 2013 at 9:23 pm #410343I have some ideas for this.
One idea is a pack that I’ve dubbed “Not-So-Merry Christmas”:
Your Favorite Martian – Santa Hates Poor Kids
All Time Low – Merry Christmas, Kiss My Ass
Weird Al Yankovic – The Night Santa Went Crazy
Other songs I’d like to see:
My Chemical Romance – All I Want For Christmas Is You (Cover)
Slade – Merry Xmas Everybody
South Park – O Tannenbaum/Christmas Time in Hell
December 12, 2013 at 4:06 am #410528All Time Low – Merry Christmas, Kiss My AssYESYESYESYESYES +INFINITY FOR ALL TIME LOW
And maybe Yule Shoot Your Eye Out by Fall Out Boy?
December 12, 2013 at 9:59 am #410536Well if we’re talking about the best Christmas song we need Half Man Half Biscuit ‘It’s Cliched to be Cynical at Christmas’.
But I’d settle for the Greg Lake ‘I Believe in Father Christmas’.
