+1 for the two above songs. Could use “Scenario” by ATCQ just because it’s coming out on Drop Mix. I also like “Can I Kick It?” but that’s basically just playing Lou Reed’s “Walk On The Wild Side”
I’ve actually got some Gorillaz charts in the works, including El Manana, Empire Ants, and Every Planet we Reach is Dead. I just haven’t put them up yet since they’re all drums-only at the moment and I want to do more.
Top notch picks. It took a few listens, but I really like Plastic Beach as an album. Empire Ants has some great synth.
