So I’ve been searching around in the last few months to find a reasonably priced Mustang, but I ended up finding the Squier <img decoding=” data-emoticon=”” src=”/emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” title=”:)” /> We‘ve been trying it out with the on-disc songs and it’s a lot of fun even if pretty hard (I can play guitars, and the game is so severe with the timing that it actually makes it more difficult than the real thing).

I know there aren’t many customs around with a Pro Guitar chart, so those of you who play PG or PB, do you have any recommendation?

Generally speaking, what I think I am going to enjoy most, is guitar charts with single-note riffs, double-stops and arpeggios. I don’t think the game handles heavy chord strumming very well (because it requires to be unnaturally precise), so I would avoid songs with too much of that, and I would also avoid too long & fast solos (in this case not so much because of the difficulty, but because at the moment I don’t see myself sitting down learning them note-by-note, and I could never follow them on the screen in real time).
