Good Calibration (numbers or techniques) for Rock Band 3?

I can’t seem to get any good calibration anymore. I used to have a calibration file that worked fine, but it must have corrupted or something, because now it gives me the dreaded “Would you like to calibrate your system?” message. Can somebody help me?
This video will help you tremendously. Easy to understand and it actually works. It’s the best calibration method out there imo.
My technique is quite simple to be honest:
If you are playing with sound numbers; to test it choose a song you are extremely comfortable with and turn off picture (either close your eyes; turn off monitor; whatever works with your setup), and if you are playing with video sounds turn off sound and test like that. This usually gives better result than trying to figure out both at once.
