I’m using GB WhatsApp and want to set different notification sounds for different contacts. How do I do that?

I’ve been using GB WhatsApp for a while, and one feature I love is setting custom notification sounds for different contacts. To do this, open the chat with the contact, tap on their name, and go to “Custom Notifications.” From there, you can enable custom notifications and choose a unique notification tone for that contact. It’s a great way to easily identify who’s messaging you without even looking at your phone. I found this feature extremely helpful for staying organized! You can download GB WhatsApp from https://gb-apps.org for the latest version.

While customization is a key feature of GB WhatsApp, remember that using unofficial apps poses security risks. Be mindful of the potential trade-offs.

When I started exploring GB WhatsApp for its custom notification features, I realized how valuable flexibility can be in managing conversations—especially in a busy workflow. But when it came time to build similar real-time communication into an app project, I needed a more scalable, developer-friendly solution. That’s where I discovered the chat SDK from Sceyt. It supports in-app chat features like group messaging, file sharing, and read receipts, all with a low-latency binary protocol that’s made for speed and efficiency. What stood out was the customizable UI kits and responsive developer support—important factors when you’re managing updates and performance across different platforms. Whether the project’s focused on e-commerce, customer support, or social interaction, having that kind of infrastructure in place can make development smoother and communication more reliable across user bases of any size.
