February 22, 2014 at 7:31 pm #414582everyone is entitled to their own […] opinions
Ah, the internet. I really wish there was such a device that would allow you to slap someone across the internet. Then you’d see how quickly a lot of these people with their “opinions” who are clearly nothing more than spewing ignorance only because they know they’re “safe” behind their screens would stop talking so much crap.
“Ewww Beatles? Man that music suucckk” – SLAP.
“More shitty music from more shitty ba” – SLAP.
You get my point ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />
EDIT: like this.
February 23, 2014 at 1:09 am #414590I haven’t gotten around to playing all the tracks yet, but I’m very excited to see this pack. I’m sure most of these would have never been in Rock Band to begin with because of usable masters, so it’s nice to see them now.
Crimson and Clover is my favorite, and I’d love to see the Joan Jett version someday (along with more of her stuff.)
These songs must have been a real pain in the ass to chart each instrument accurately. ws54 is definitely the MVP this week.
February 23, 2014 at 9:24 am #414602Loved this pack! Crimson and Clover was my favorite. Summertime in the City, Venus, and Baby Blue were up there as well but every song was recognizable. Songs that I didn’t know the name of and I might have not heard in 5+ years but once it started it’s one of those “ohhh I know this song” moment. Very nice guys.
February 23, 2014 at 8:48 pm #414617Sorry this is late, but here is a PRO for “Do You Believe in Magic”…

(the package include the pro ala-carte file and the .mid if you want to use the C3 tools to bundle it.)
February 24, 2014 at 5:31 am #414638I’ve had a chance to play most of these now, and I’ve gotta say, this pack is even stronger than I anticipated. These songs work really well in the game — some of them seem like they would have worked really well as on-disc songs (ie, fun on every part, iconic, challenging but not soul-crushing). And the animations are really top-notch. I was particularly impressed with “Crimson and Clover.”
Also of note is how startlingly fun some of these were on drums. I didn’t expect “Kick”, which is full of neat cymbal swells, or “Hurdy Gurdy Man,” which is like one big drum fill to be so awesome.
Really nice job. I hope the threat of more songs like this comes to pass.
February 24, 2014 at 8:09 am #414641It’s nice to know that people notice the animations and venue work done. They took me 2-3 hours of work each for something that is mostly optional. So thanks!
I’ll definitely be revisiting this genre in the future sometime.

Can’t wait! Awesome work on this pack!
February 24, 2014 at 7:55 pm #414661I downloaded these Friday just in time for my Rock Band birthday party Saturday night. Since I’m old recruit other old farts to play, it worked out perfectly! Especially for one of my friends who hardly knows any of the songs I download: he ended up singing pretty much this whole pack!
Thanks again all you awesome authors. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
February 24, 2014 at 11:34 pm #414682Really stoked for Summer in the City and Venus. Those were always a blast at Singstar party’s.
February 27, 2014 at 12:50 pm #414789I go into the hospital and bam 11 great songs come out and I won’t be able to play for a while. I’m going to have a few months so I’ll learn to author.
Great songs.
