Just Google for it, there are video tutorials for the keyboard part, and sheet music (these are for sale but the first page is always visible, and 90% of this song is the same as in the first page!). You literally only have to copy the notes from the music sheet to the Reaper track.

I can, but I don’t understand why couldn’t the main author. Charting pro keys by ear is another matter, but why would someone not want to try, when you are lucky to have such material available?

As an author who has used MIDIs to make pro keys parts before, I can tell you it isn’t that simple. If you just “paste it in,” it isn’t going to be very good. If you try it yourself, you’ll find out.
