I saw your list of WIP songs and went “cool!” Then I saw the songs you’ve already done! WOw!
I usually have a hard time finding songs for PS that I actually know and like. There’s like 30 here. Me and my v-drums thank you!
April 23, 2015 at 6:22 pm #443537Thanks, LaceyB. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
My customs are certainly not the most difficult, nor the most polished, but I do try to pick songs that possess a certain je ne sais quoi. Often popular in Canada, but largely unknown elsewhere, or maybe just a personal favourite deep cut.
I hope you and your V-Drums enjoy. I know mine do.

May 14, 2015 at 6:47 pm #445457[May-14-15] Added:OK. A little explanation is in order for this one.
I took this GH convert (to which Sideshow added drums) with the intention of adding vocals, perhaps keys.
This has been done, bring it up to FB.
While I was at it, I decided to check and see how the original audio would work in the project.
Turns out it works pretty damn well. At least well enough to allow for this test.
Asia – Heat Of The Moment |
Give it a try, and let me know if you find any issues, particularly with the tempo map.
I wish I could chart drums or any other instrument for that matter but Sideshow deserves the credit as he did the drum chart for this. All I did was convert it from GH.
I played the version Dash made and It & to me it plays great on G/B/Vox, I can’t speak for how the drums are as I don’t play them.
I will add the vocal track Dash made to the original Multitrack G/B/D cover version from GH & release it in my thread at a later date.
Thanks Dash!!

Thanks Dash!!Well sheeit. I don’t know how I did that. Rest assured it will be fixed ASAP.
May 14, 2015 at 8:56 pm #445465No worries Dash, I forgot to add the Vox pitches you added were awesome in my opinion, I scored 98% on expert vocals on this.
Keep up the good work, I really appreciate your taste in music
May 14, 2015 at 9:53 pm #445467Thanks for adding vocals to Asia “Heat of the Moment”! Interested to see how well the original audio works with the cover version charting.

Can you add CAT reductions on 5-lame Keys? I don’t know that you can’t add CAT to Pro Keys

I can, and have. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
Thanks, F.
May 16, 2015 at 5:12 am #445641So I tested “Heat of the Moment”. I can’t believe how well my cover version drum chart fits onto the original version audio. The only thing I can nit pick is the very last crash hit on drums seems a bit off from the audio. Great work making this GH classic into a full band custom!
