Shaggy-“It wasn’t me”
I know instrument wise it’s probably not all that exciting, but with harmonies I feel this would be a hit at parties. I know it would with my usual group.
I wolud iike to sing “It wasn’t me” on RB, hahaha, +1, great idea, this song is comic, another song that i like from Shaggy is “Oh carolina”.

September 26, 2017 at 2:10 pm #490969Good Tuesday to all
Time for this weeks edition of 2 Out of 3 Ain’t Bad
This weeks theme was supposed to be “Holy Shit it’s a 70’s, 80’s, 90’s 3 pack” One hit song from each decade.
I made a boo boo on the 80’s song from Neil Diamond, it was actually from 1978 but still a great song no matter what year it was released. I promise not to make that mistake again till the next time I make that mistake again
Once again here’s how it works:
- We post 3 song visualizers.
- You vote on which 2 you want to see released on Friday.
- The top 2 voted songs get released Friday for sure.
- If we happen to reach 25 voters all 3 are released.
- If we don’t reach 25 voters the loser of a song will be released on the last Friday of the month.
On with the show
Just a heads up, preview videos will be of the song but might not be the exact song we charted
#1 Cliff Richard – Devil Woman

#2 Neil Diamond – Forever in Blue Jeans
Video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CQXCELBPI6Q
#3 Neil Young – Downtown

Time to get your vote in for your favorites
Let’s see if we can keep the streak alive of releasing all 3
Also there are some slight changes coming to our thread next week.
My partner & I have discussed this for a awhile now & it’s time for a slight change.
The good news is we will still be releasing kick ass tunes, just in a different format for awhile.
Lastly thanks for the suggestions & requests, we enjoy people taking part in this, in saying that I will ask you to keep it to a maximum of 3 songs. I tend to totally skip request posts that ask for anything more than 3. There are so many songs to make but so little time to make them. We will try to get some of them done but we also won’t guarantee the requests will be filled.
See you Friday with the results for this week
September 26, 2017 at 2:10 pm #490970Thank you for all of your work, I happily grabbed all three this week.
I’ll toss out my 3 most hoped for songs in full band:
Collective Soul – Gel
OAR – That Was a Crazy Game of Poker
Rick Derringer – Real American

September 26, 2017 at 3:06 pm #490973Some great suggestions so far! Two of them have been chosen and are getting made into customs for next month’s event. Keep them coming because we are always looking for more ideas.
As Doc said we are changing up the format for a while so we can put a bit more of our time into other projects. 2 Out of 3 Tuesdays will return after a short break. We are going to try something new for October and I’m sure you’re all going to enjoy it.
Keep on rocking everyone!
