Some customs are not appearing. I have a 3.99 gb pack that Ive repacked but some songs are just not showing up (White Room, The Distance). Ive deleted the packs, repacked them, and renamed them but it didn’t work. Thanks in advance

It may be songs conflicting IDs or smallnames (the filename the custom uses for its files).

Do you see “showing XX of YY songs” or “showing XX of XX songs”?

No it says showing all songs. Is there a bug where I have to delete stufd via XBOX dahsboard?

No, this is likely a ID/smallname issue.

Changing the ID is fairly easy, you can just use the quick DTA editor and change the “song_id” parameter to both a fully numerical ID, and a unique one (unique for your console, i.e. no other songs using it).

Changing the smallname is a bit more work: You need to change every instances of the smallname in the DTA file, then change all the filenames. This also needs to be unique, i.e. if two songs care called “Closer” and both songs uses “closer” as smallname this will cause troubles.

Only make changes if you are sure this is the problem (i.e. identified a second song using the same ID or smallname).

You will need to re-create your cache after that. Every time you make changed to DTA files you need to re-create the cache.

So this error is because of songs accidentally using the same ID? For one of them that s broken, the Distance, the song ID is ‘thedistancev10’. This means the ‘smallname’ is messed up? Thanks for the help.

It’s only messed up if two songs uses the same smallname, same for the song_id. Before making changes make sure you identified the two songs, to not work for nothing.

Once you make these changes you will need to re-create the song cache.
