Actually, you can change them to the demo folder (which I believe is ugc_demo ? someone correct me if wrong) but iirc that breaks animations for some reason. You can also of course use any official folders like RB1, or LRB, etc. Custom folders do not “work”, but I’ve found that the songs still show up, but they aren’t associated with any sources. I do not know if it’s the same on xbox, maybe someone tested already. Using any of these technique will most likely break animations.
That works on TU5 PS3, this should work on TU4 xbox (worth testing anyways).
Thanks for the advice! One question I have is for the delete function: would you want the file deleted from your computer, or just deleted from the program itself?
