First one is something that might not be solvable, when I’m playing in TU4 (or just offline) my songs that i DLed from RBN appear as demos. Is there anyway to make this not a thing?
Second one, and this only happened yesterday, I’ll format my flash drive on my computer to FAT (because for some reason my Xbox doesn’t like FAT32), then I’ll plug it into my Xbox, format it there, then I’ll copy a song over to it so that I can have the folder that I put songs into, unplug it from my xbox, plug it back into my computer, open the flash drive with Modio, put in the TU4 folder I have (actually labeled as 000B0000 (or something like that )with the TU4 file in it), I’ll delete the song I copied over from the song folder, put in the songs I want to play, then I eject my flash drive, plug it back into my Xbox, and when I look at the files in my flash drive on the Xbox, Title Update 4 is there and working, but all of the songs appear as “Corrupted,” and then when I plug my flash drive back into my computer, I need to reformat it which is really annoying. Is there a reason this is happening and a way to fix it?
June 11, 2014 at 7:03 pm #422275Orange Harrison would say: use USBXTAFGUI. Not Horizon/Modio/Party Buffalo.
Overzealous Windows virus scanners have also been known to steamroller the Xbox USB format. Make sure nothing like that is interfering.
June 11, 2014 at 7:59 pm #422278I tried USBXTAFGUI, but when i plugged it into my xbox it still says the files are corrupted, pls help, I just saw the Yuukei by Chaotrope was added and Chaotrope is my favorite band, and I saw the preview for Yuukei forever ago, so i REALLY want to play it

I can’t help but think this is part of the problem.
Do not allow Windows to format the flash drive. This will prevent you from playing customs, and you’ll just have to start over.
If there’s anything on your Windows PC that is writing to the flash drive other than Modio/USBXTAFGUI/Horizon, you’ll have to reformat the flash drive in the Xbox and start all over. There have been two people who had the same trouble who had McAfee running – I’m not sure if that’s it, but disabling antivirus until you’re done injecting customs might be worth a shot.

No dice.
I’m beginning to wonder if it’s the flash drive itself. As a result I might get a new flash drive soon… hopefully one with more space for more customs but seriously, this is making me really annoyed. Something that I thought it might have been was a couple a GH3 Customs converted for RB3 that i did, and I was wondering for some reason they were breaking it, but i tried loading the other songs i wanted to play without it and it still didn’t work so ya know. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” />
