Converting FOF file to con file

I found a couple of songs on Frets on Fire that I wanted. I used C3contools to convert them to con files. They show up in USBtoRB as con files. I transferred them to the hard drive on the Xbox and they appeared to transfer but do not show up in the song list on the game. Does anyone have an idea what I did wrong?
It could be a million things.
For starters, C3 CON Tools is not the proper tool to use to convert a song to Rock Band format. You need to use Magma: C3.
