Awesome choice. Still down to collaborate?

March 17, 2016 at 3:28 am #465456One new track today.
Oceansize – Trail of Fire
Well this song was an absolute shitshow to map and sync up. Gotta love a song that constantly switches between 7/8 and 5/8 every 5 seconds. Big thanks to Farottone for helping me out at the end there. A fairly simple but active song on guitar and a highly involved song on pro drums, especially.
March 17, 2016 at 4:05 pm #465490Hey, I just want to say good job on all the customs man. Especially good job on putting your head down and pushing through that frustrating issue you ran into with the TS changes. I remember when I was working on The Arsonist and it would just not freaking cooperate and I couldn’t figure out why for a solid day. Then suddenly it all clicked and ever since then I have no issues with TS changes haha.
Anyway. You rock, and thanks for being a solid contributor to the community!

Thanks a lot, man. I appreciate it.
Got one more I did today:
The Dillinger Escape Plan – Milk Lizard
This is one of two songs I’ve done that I didn’t actually have to tempo map, which in my mind means the band played near-perfectly to a click track. That was a blessing, since this song has absolutely nothing happening on most downbeats.
March 18, 2016 at 8:44 am #465536God damn, thanks a ton for Milk Lizard!
April 12, 2016 at 9:23 am #466918Got a fresh new 3-pack today, featuring a mix of math and indie rock bands.
This Town Needs Guns – Chinchilla
Guitar acrobatics, absurd time signatures and technical drumming all over the place, this song personifies math rock while also being catchy and melodic. Big thanks to BraxtonThePorcupine for fixing up my drum chart.
Six Gallery – Honestly, Really?
A much simpler song on drums compared with the other two in this pack, but easily the most challenging on guitar of the bunch. Six Gallery’s 2 guitarists always bring their A-game, and this is no exception. Musically, it may be one of the best song these guys have put together, especially thanks to their excellent vocalist.
Reverie Sound Revue – Rip The Universe
An awesome song from a highly overlooked female-fronted canadian indie rock band. This song features gorgeous guitar melodies and excellent, creative drumming all around. The download page contains an alternate link with a disco flipless version, which I personally prefer to the regular version with disco flip.
April 12, 2016 at 6:25 pm #466954I think you’re putting out some of the best customs on this site, keep it up!

Thank you very much, man. I know they’re mostly only guitar/drums but I do put every effort forth into making my charts as accurate and fun as possible.
April 24, 2016 at 4:18 am #467528Couple new metalcore tunes that I finished up in the last 2 days.
August Burns Red – Ocean of Apathy
A great song for guitar and a pretty decent challenge on drums, at least from the blast beats at the end. Probably should’ve put it up in impossible, but oh well.
Every Time I Die – Wanderlust
Very fun overall on drums, lots of energetic patterns and the pre-chorus drum rolls are a blast to play. The chorus on guitar is surprisingly challenging too.
May 4, 2016 at 3:01 am #4681162 songs today, these are both amazing tracks for drummers.
Opeth – Eternal Rains Will Come
Not-so-ghost snare, paradiddles and all kinds of cool shit ahoy. I think Axe gave it his all on this track, this is the best drum performance I’ve heard from him on record and I tried my best to chart every single note as accurately as possible. Also has 2 tasty guitar solos.
The Dillinger Escape Plan – Mouth of Ghosts
Bit of a deep cut off of Ire Works, I thought this one would be great on drums and hopefully you’ll agree as well. Guitar is a tedious pain in the ass to chart on this song so I’m leaving it be for now.
May 4, 2016 at 3:57 am #468117Thanks for more Opeth!
May 4, 2016 at 12:26 pm #468128Great! Grabbing both songs ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
May 9, 2016 at 6:33 am #468344Thanks for the awesome tracks! I tried out “Wanderlust” on guitar and it was a blast. I thought the tricky chorus part was well charted and really fun once I got the hang of it. Going to give it and the DEP songs a spin on the drums soon, too.
