I’ve used CAT often, but this time it’s decided not to work. After doing heavy troubleshooting, here is what I resolved. When removing the audio track, CAT will work again. When having the audio track, CAT will not execute any commands. It will load a handful, but when trying to execute it will just close.
I’ve never seen the audio track effect CAT, only the midi tracks. Anybody have this issue prior that can shed some light?
Strange characters in the audio source file name or the path to the audio itself ? Reaps can’t handle accents or brackets very well.
Keeping the content Canadian since 2017!

Boom! It wasn’t the actual file name (which is what threw me) but the directory in which the file was stored. Since the album name had an odd character in it, so did the file path. Copied the audio file to the root directory of the reaper file and fixed it right up. I thank you kindly MrPrez!
