July 9, 2015 at 1:44 pm #449882then i would look like i am just posing a lot of request topics and these songs have drums so that part of the FB
Let’s make one thing clear: what YOU personally want to play is of little interest to the original author. If they release a song that is not FB, they know that it’s not FB. They already know that people who play an instrument not authored won’t be able to play that song. They also know that those people would like to play the song on those instruments. Nothing you say is news to the authors. If you post nothing, they know the exact same thing: there are people who would play those songs on other instruments. If they didn’t author those instruments it’s because they don’t have the time or the resources to do it.
Next time you see a song you would like but you don’t download because you can’t play the instruments the song is authored for you’re gonna do this: instead of posting, think in your head the same thing. That’s it. There’s no need to quote half a mile of Visualizer images to comment “If someone did guitar it would be cool”. The authors already know it would be cool, but they won’t do it. If you have something constructive, say that. If you just want to state the obvious, don’t, it serves no purpose. Do you want to request songs? Do it in your own thread. These threads are to make authors feel good about their work, which is the only currency they can be paid in, and to give constructive feedback, be it positive or negative. It’s not like the FoF community hasn’t already said the same things to you and de-voted you a lot because of these issues.

We’re not going to start keeping track of feelgoods now are we? Because I would have to give Canuck so many that would be difficult. I basically wouldn’t have a customs thread if it weren’t for Canuck, and SpinDoctor. I found that a good way to get my feet wet as an author was to add instruments to partial customs that I liked by other authors. Gradually I’ve been learning how to do more of it myself.
That’s the power of C3. If you want it, you can make it!

February 6, 2016 at 12:43 am #463123Thank you for the new Godsmack song in database.
I appreciate your great work ! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
February 6, 2016 at 6:39 am #463135Thanks Rushfan.
I am just starting to get back into working on my library of unfinished songs. It’s been many months since I’ve posted anything new. Life got busy for my son and I. He was working on his album with his band so I took the opportunity to work on a couple of other projects I’ve had in my back pocket for a while.
If you like post-metal core, give Black Sea Deluge a listen. It’s pretty cool with today’s technology that a young band can put together a cd on their own. Really proud of the work my son and the band put into releasing their cd “Determinator“.
So, while he was working on that I was building video arcade and pinball machines. They were very fun and satisfying projects. I got to relive the days of blowing rolls of quarters in the good old arcade ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” /> As far as the arcade machines go, i built a tabletop/bartop using a JAMMA board with 512 games and a stand up using a computer/ROM’s with a few thousand games. Sorry, no photos of the stand up yet. The video pinball machine turned out to be the most fun to build and play. The photos were taken before i finished installing all the tables but i now have just over 300. There are quite a few tables that tie in with Rock Band. Some of the tables include: The Rolling Stones, Rush, Black Sabbath, AC/DC, Kiss, The Who and Metallica. That’s what we’ve been up to but I will be slowing releasing more songs. I posted Greed today and will be releasing 7 more Godsmack tunes. For all my Canadian cousins, I will be releasing quite a bit of Nyx’s “required Canadian content” songs ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” /> One band in particular I am really excited for because they have no songs in RB and are really good. And I’m not telling.Even though i haven’t been active on the site I have been lurking and am really liking what I’ve seen. I was a little worried about the future of the site with RB4 being released but those worries have been put to bed. I know if I tried to go back over the last 8 months and thank all of the authors on their posts I would miss somebody. So I am thanking all of the awesome authors here for all of their hard work and dedicationFebruary 6, 2016 at 8:14 am #463140Glad to have you back

You are a very talented person to be able to build those from scratch.
Sounds great can’t wait for more Godsmack !!
February 6, 2016 at 3:03 pm #463151Coin ops are awesome, I have one to bring back to life. Also, I need to strike oil to get me a Twilight Zone pinball…
Your work looks amazing, I will confess I’m pretty envious.
February 6, 2016 at 3:26 pm #463153Welcome back Canuck! I’m just about to release one of our outstanding collabs, probably tomorrow.
I’ve always wanted a MAME box, but I doubt I have the skill to match your work ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” /> Nice job!
February 9, 2016 at 7:36 am #463321Just posted Good Times, Bad Times – Godsmack:

February 9, 2016 at 2:02 pm #463328A little late to the punch, but I just have to say I love the way your video game projects are looking. I played a video pinball table very much like that one at the Houston Area Arcade Group Expo a couple of years back. It’s surprisingly realistic (and fun) how those can play.
Also, welcome back. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
February 9, 2016 at 2:29 pm #463329Thanks for another awesome Godsmack song man.
Your drum charts are always great ! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
Can’t wait to play it after work today. Thank You
