Can’t upload anything

Does anybody even come here anymore to see this?
I can’t upload any songs to the c3 database. Like seemingly dozens of others, I’ve clicked on “Apply to Become Author” and then both of the “I’m serious options” several times, and after about a week still nothing.
I’ve seen from other posts that people have had their accounts manually verified, so is there anyone still around to do this for me by chance?
